efficient check-inluggage spaceblackout curtains
I found the front desk staff very friendly, and check-in was efficient. The room included a bathroom, a bed, a desk, space for luggage, hangers, and blackout curtains. The hotel's location is close to the main station making early morning trips easy.
The hotel did not provide any extra blankets when I asked for one. This surprised me a bit.

convenient locationexcellent breakfasthelpful staff
i found the location very convenient near the main station. breakfast had plenty of choices (i especially liked the croissants). the staff offered to store my luggage after i checked out, helpful. i appreciated the fast check-in process.
the bathroom seemed slightly outdated (but still functional).

the location was acceptable across from the train station.
I found the bathroom wasn't very clean. the sliding door on the shower was broken. It made showering difficult. overall, the bathroom looked like it needed a serious revamp and some tlc. i was quite frustrated by this.

i received a free upgrade, a pleasant surprise. the room has a gorgeous view of the city. the buffet breakfast had a huge variety and tasted like a 4-star offering. the restaurant location is on the top floor, it provided even more fine views.

the staff was friendly at all times and provide quick assistance. they handle requests well, i appreciated their readiness to assist with directions and provide information about local attractions. overall the service was efficient.
